Character's /playtime stuck

A little over a month ago, I used the /playtime command on my Rydia Mystt character and was told 5 days 20 hours and 45 minutes. However typing the command again today resulted in the SAME 5 days 20 hours and 45 minutes. This is AFTER I made LOTS of progress in MSQ with her, done hours upon hours of Praetorium runs with Rydia every day for the event, and done Frontline duties every day.

After checking /playtime today, I decided to experiment and play this character for several more hours progressing the story more, and after four hours of actual gameplay later, I typed /playtime and it was STILL at 5 days 20 hours and 45 minutes EVEN AFTER being actively online and playing with this character for four straight hours.

Does anybody know what the problem could be?
