Gil sinks

It's a good idea to have more gil sinks. The main things removing gil from the game are house purchases and relocations (rare), teleports and repairs (cheap) and the market board tax. Recolored mounts, bardings and minions are probably easy to develop and I'm hoping to see plenty of them in the future. Making gil wasn't very useful before but now, with gil sinks, it has an end goal.
