Fatal DirectX Error 11000002

When using DirectX11 mode the game regularly crashes (about every 30 seconds during walking around town for example) with this error.

This started happening with the latest Geforce Driver 465..89

I have tried cleaning & reinstalling both DirectX and my graphics drivers, fresh install of windows and also updating my chipset driver, nothing helped. I even tried to run the game in non-DX11 mode screen just freezes.

I am using a Geforce GTX 760, Intel i7-7700K CPU 4.20GHz, 4201 Mhz, 4 Core(s), 8 Processor & ASRock Z270 SLI Xtreme

Do you recall anything changing/updating on your PC that coincides with this? Can you submit a Final Fantasy XIV system report? Simply go to the 'Config' option on the Final Fantasy XIV launcher and to the right of 'System Information' click on 'Display.'
