If you are referring to the rapidfire button press bit, you have options beyond just clicking the button on the mouse. Pressing the enter key on the keyboard rapidly also works, and as someone who can't use the mouse in combat at all, I've found it much easier as a method.

Just FYI. If you dont have the chat textbox open, then basically every key on the keyboard works. So you could put 8 fingers and your thumbs on different keys and just randomly tap or cycle through them and get the same effect.

That's what I did. I think I assigned each finger its own key and just went to town. Probably didn't need to go that hard, but I wasn't going to be the reason why we failed. It always worked. I also have arthritis and although it's not that sever in my hands, it can still make playing difficult. But not because I couldn't do a QTE fast enough.
