Interrupt Tutorial for Tank/Ranged DPS

Hello, I've been searching if there's a suggestion box subforum somewhere but couldn't find it, so I'm posting it here since it pertains new players (mods move to appropiate forum if this is the wrong one).

Please consider adding an ingame tutorial for interrupts, either in the Help menu or as part of Hall of Novice.

There are a lot of level 80 tanks and ranged DPS that either don't use interrupts at all or don't know about the interruptable charge bars.

This isn't a bad idea at all. Maybe include with it what the cast bar is and why it's important to be aware of it. It's surprising to me how many players aren't using it or don't know what it is. It's also very difficult to see with default settings.
