    The CLL step is one of the easiest.
    You try to get in each open instance and look in the instance member list for the age of the instance.
    If it's a 50min old instance I would stay and wait these 10min for CLL.
    If all CLLs are on a long CD I would just join a Cluster farm group and get cluster for prio and items from the previous relic steps.

    Once in CLL you can get a lot EXP or fill your weekly stone cap.

    Just be smart and play the game instead of waiting.
