How Do I Get To The House of the Fierce?

I am newly arrived in Yanxia. The MSQ I am currently on is "Life After Doma". To complete this quest I have to get to The House of the Fierce aetheryte.

I am unable to find a way to get there. When I google it I read that I have to dive into a pool at location 29.2, 15.4. I find the pool okay and have tried jumping in and swimming around many times.... but nothing happens.

I google it again and read that I have to complete the quest "A Glimpse of Madness" in order to be able dive into the pool. Again, according to google, this quest is the next MSQ after I complete "Life After Doma".

Which means I am in a Catch 22.

So, as often happens in this game to me, I have no clue how to solve this dilemma and would appreciate any help as to what I have overlooked.

Swim to the center of the pool and press ctrl+space.

Did you try swimming underwater in that pool of water? Under the water should be a tunnel that leads you to where you need to go.

Okay, thank you all. I finally figured out what I was doing wrong...... duh..... I was using Shift + space bar, not Ctl + space bar. I was able to get around this in Ruby valley (think that is the name) by going to the se aetheryte and jumping into a ring. Whenever I wanted to underwater I would go there to use the rings.

Ctl space bar works fine and I am now at the House of the Fierce aetheryte.

In the future, your Active Help menu has this kind of information in it, and re-reading your quest objective in your Journal can help you, as well.
