What types of hairstyles are you looking forward to seeing in the future?

Early to rise is adorable on females but on males (miqote, but I imagine others, too) it looks terrible and just... too wide?

I'm certain that Early to Rise was made specifically for female miqote. The wideness of the hair accommodates for their fat, puffy cheeks.

I would like to see a normal sized pompadour added, like how the one Ignis wears in FFXV's end game.

This, very much this. As much as I like the hairstyle I am currently using, over half the male Miqote I see use it - because it's like one of the only three hairstyles that look good with their posture. Nearly everything else is so long/fluffy in the back that it looks weird on them. Early to rise is adorable on females but on males (miqote, but I imagine others, too) it looks terrible and just... too wide?

I'd seen screenshots of a male Miqo'te using the Early to Rise style and I thought it looked good. Haven't seen any of the other races using it, though, and it's too expensive for me to buy just to muck around with retainers to test it out.

As for "only three hairstyles" working for them, there's definitely personal taste there but I also think it varies by either your character concept or the choice of face. I've got two Miqo'te alts with different faces (#3 and 4) and styles that look good on one can look silly on the other.

I'm sick of all of the short hairs- they all almost look identical except for the early-rise- but that looks like a dirty, string mop & is shoulder length.

I'll even take Hairstyles that have the illusion of being long- like Beautiful up-do's - Big 'Messy' Bun, Properly done milk-braids
I want Lyse's & Hilda's Ponytail more than anything in FFXIV
They have the best ponytails

Yoshi- if you're going to give us a ponytail with a braid, don't skip the best Ponytail in the game; Hilda.
I feel we got the "I want McDonald's/Food Yoshi-mom-> Hilda's hairstyle" "Yoshi-mom says: We have food at home->Alphinaud's ponytail."
