Can't Find Towards the Firmament Quest

As far as I can tell, I've completed all the prerequisites to unlock Ishgardian Restoration. When I go to the place where the quest to unlock it should be, though, it doesn't show up. Am I missing something? I thought I just needed to have completed Litany of Peace and have a class at lvl 60.

Let's see the requirements...:
- Complete MSQ "Litany of Peace"
- Be a class/job of level 60+

Yup, that's defnitely all you need to begin.

Can you see the Recruitment Notice at (9.7, 11.5) in Foundation? If not, this might actually need to go under bug reports.

I can see the notice and interact with it, but there's no quest indicator. All I get is a message telling me to talk to Thomelin but he's not in the Forgotten Knight. I'll try filing a report. Thanks.

Alright false alarm. I apparently had accepted the quest already but missed it in my journal.
