    In 7.0 what do you guys think Alisaie's...

    ...new job class will be?

    Please share your thoughts here!

    Personally, I feel like she'll end up becoming a physical dps that focuses on a fighting style similar to RDM where she works to build up aether in her weapon, but much faster and without a cast timer strike at her foes much faster than she ever could as RDM.

    I don't think she'll have a new job. Definitely new rdm skills though. If anyone out of the scions is getting the new job of the expansion, my money is either Urianger or our new recent member.

    Red Mage. The Scions don't change jobs every expansion and Alisae is shown in the trailer still as Red Mage and I don't see any reason to think she'll get a new one. Alphinaud has never changed his, so I guess was his turn to get something new.

    Don't even know what 6.0 will bring, so impossible to say for 7.0. Though maybe with Sharlayan's cat out of the bag, she'll be able to incorporate magitek in some form into her fighting style and become a Magitek Knight like Celes from FFVI. New tank class or something.

    It's way too early for speculations. Maybe Alisaie will swap job during the 6.X, it would be surprising to take on a templar job but she went from Arcanist to Red Mage, after all.

    But there will be 2 roles with only 3 jobs compared to the other roles. Caster and Ranged. I don't take BLU in account.
    I doubt we will see a 5th tank or a 5th healer and highly doubt to see a 6th melee.

    With the recent interviews, I feel like the design team will focus a bit more on Melee jobs.
    They could add a 4th ranged to finally rework the role, unless they do it for the 6.0.

    It's still speculation 2 years too early but Alisaie could get a ranged job with magic properties or a caster job with melee properties.
    So, Rune Knight? I'm just shooting in the dark at this point.
