    Account/game issues (on behalf of a friend)

    So my friend (who is on the steam windows version) accidentally downloaded the windows version of the launcher in tandem with the steam version. He deleted the windows version, as well as deleted and reinstalled the steam version just to be safe. At this point the launcher opens. He can login and the launcher verifies him as a subscriber. When he launches the game in DX11, the game just doesn't open (he has above the recommended specs, recent AMD card). When he launches the game in DX10, it says "This service account does not have a valid FINAL FANTASY XIV license for this platform or your subscription has expired. To register a license, please visit the FINAL FANTASY XIV: Mog Station". He does have a license for ARR and Heavensward on steam (he bought it a while back), and it says he has 60 days of playtime which he had just registered the day of using a playtime code. Not really sure how to fix this. Checked event viewer and there is no error to be seen.
