Are there any local rules in English Region?

Like other before said, EU has something similar but nothing to special.
The thing often got mentioned is that EU adapted the text macros for savage from Japan already in SB.
But NA just recently started using them.

You also have some people not joining specific groups because of the language the group leader has active.
There are some French and Germans out there who doesn't understand English very well and these communication problems can cause problems.

You also have player who join groups who aim for a clear but they haven't even seen half the fight.

And we have "Kill for friend" groups. It's basically a kill group but with some player in it who got the kill already.
These groups often fail with the group of friends being the reason for it.
