In PF, generally you don't see those kinds of requirements.
For EX fights, there's an unspoken understanding that the Loot tag refers to farm parties with higher expectations, and Duty Completion tags are for parties that will clear the fight once and then disband. A few other things to watch out for are "No loot and scoot", which means that if you get a drop, you're still expected to stick around for a couple more clears, and we also have 3 wipes and disband, which is the same as in JP, although those parties are generally a lot more "toxic".
The only other thing I'd say you should be aware of is that in NA, we don't really ever settle on single common strategies for fights. Eden's Promise: Umbra (Savage) has 4 or 5 common strategies just to handle Evil Seed (Brambles), plus a distinction between True North and Boss Relative for various mechanics. Castrum Marinum (Extreme) has 3 strategies to handle Aetheroplasm Production, etc.
