There are no rules! They are different depending on the party leader.

This is not a rule, but it is common. Sometimes people will stay for 1 pull, sometimes they will stay for 3, sometimes they will stay for 5 and in some cases they will even stay for 10. It's not a fixed amount, but eventually someone is going to conclude that it's not working or that they are too tired to continue.

2. 【周回】 ... Farm party (specify the number of times)
In Japan, it is very common to do a farm as a set of three or five times.
Is this the same in the English Regions?
Usually not specified, and you just keep going until someone leaves. Someone usually leaves after 1-5 clears because 5 clears is an hour of their time. The older the content the more likely they are to stay, because there is a point where performance doesn't matter and people can die as much as they like.

3. 【取り抜け】(Once you have one piece of loot, exit the instance.)
Free for all. Everyone rolls on as many pieces as they want and the game decides how many they get.

That changes when you join a static, where the party will decide together who gets what loot and in what order.
