I don't think this is up to the players to decide at all, unless SE ask for it, current system is fine, and sometimes you get a little extra, the world has been struck by Corona for more than a year now and so many areas has been hit hard world wide, am happy that it did not hit SE to hard, but for sure it has set back this expansions content a small bit.

Nothing much to do about it, but the future or what to come, looks promising.
