Imagine being a DF tryhard.
Hilarious.

I do not think not like small pulls is try hard, they are just boring. Single pulls in this game do not even require a tank and in some cases you do not even need a healer. For fun I have done 3 DPS 1 tank/healer or just 4 tank/dps/heal runs with friends.

If wanting to use as much of your kit as possible is being a "tryhard"
Nah the issue us that a lot of DF people are the opposite, they don't try hard enough.
You can try to say that but no one will feel embarrassed for putting in effort in something they like![]()
im baby

Not really. Being a tryhard is taking DF seriously, to the point of kicking players who don't match their expectations just to waste more time waiting for a replacement because they can't control their emotions. I'm glad I've never run into any of them, and at this point, I suspect they only live/exist on forums.
And don't start with your l33t skills please. We all w2w or holy the hell out dungeons on these forums. You're nothing special.

Yeah, exactly. Personally, I prefer to see others play optimally. I give it my all, so I feel that others should do the same. Even so, when one queues through the DF it's impossible to know who or what you are going to get grouped with. If anyone goes in expecting wall to wall pulls, expertly performed rotations and a clear speed the Flash would be proud of then they are setting themselves up to be let down hard, because not every player is going to be of that caliber. The DF is full of roulettes, and that doesn't apply just to a random instances. It also gives you random people to deal with. So...some need take what they are given and deal with it...within reason, of course. Trolling, afks and d/cs are understandable vote kicking scenarios. At the end of the day, sometimes things just aren't going to go smoothly. Welcome to the world of Duty Finder.

I might actually do this, thanks.
I still find it funny how is trying a bad a thing?

Trying and tryhard arent the same thing though.
As for my your previous reply to me you are being a hypocrite, on the one hand your saying the party speed isn't down to one person then you hit them with an ultimatum, either kick the tank or Im out. Thats hypocricy.
I dont know what the state of ex roulette is right now as I'm a returning player, my recent experience is me running dungeons, new to me for the first time as tank. I start steady then speed up as I gauge how its going. On the odd occasion I've had dpa pull for me I've let it go, no big deal but seeing your attitude on this im much more inclined now to dig my heels in and initiate a vote kick against you first. Im happy to roll with whatever but im not just going to let people like you come In and push everyone else around. In my experience of about 4 years of roulette tanking in this game is there are plenty of parties that like to ease off the throttle a bit, im happy to go at any pace, people like you dont get to dictate to the rest of us, not in any party im in anyway.
You remind me of the kind of tank who jumps in the leveling roulette and refuses to do a full clear even though 2 or 3 other party members need the exp. Its not all about YOU. You entered the DF, Deal with the DF.
The vote functions as a way to see what the group wants. Voting is as fair as you can get.Trying and tryhard arent the same thing though.

If I get kicked even better since I do not have to eat the timer in that case. Waiting for a votes removes conflict cause either it passes or it does not. No need to argue about the size or not.
Party speed is not up to one person thus the use of the vote kick feature to make it as fair as possible. Not sure how this is a bad thing. Granted I will pull extra for those 5 min before the we can kick but I also rather not die so I know my own limits as to how much can handle without help though if I get help I will go larger since at that point it is fair to assume that the vote to remove the player that wants to go slower will pass. If not one helps I will still try to vote but if it does not pass I often just leave or ask if they would be cool with removing me.
Though this rarely happens especially when I play tank or heals. Can count on one hand how many times my votes to remove the slower player have not passed.
If this makes me a hypocrite I will gladly be one if it means I get more enjoyment out of my roulettes. :P
