1)My first few times in Bozja I noticed the Star rank enemies and didn't know they were to strong for a party of 3.. after losing about 80% hp in a single hit I ran to the nearest fate.. the stared Cyclops followed and did his big aoe attack across the entire fate.. there was a lot of raising achevements earned that day..
2)in DR normal I forgot that after the flames of Bozja attack that Trinity Avowed dose a tank buster, I was in the middle of the room trying to re-center her.. there was like 4 people left alive plus myself after..
I was tanking Delubnum Reginane normal today, and I became the de facto tank due to being the only tank available. I used Martialist Essence, and I kept using Banner of Noble Ends and Banner of Uhm +55% atp while it drains your HP, alternating them. My party healer was a RDM with Lost Cure IV, and I wasted quite a few of his charges with Noble Ends.
Beyond that, sometimes I don't recenter bosses on purpose because I don't feel like moving. If it costs melees positionals I yawn and think to myself, "They have True North... something something Uptime is the one true god."

"I thought that my invincible power would hold the world captive, leaving me in a freedom undisturbed. Thus night and day I worked at the chain with huge fires and cruel hard strokes. When at last the work was done and the links were complete and unbreakable, I found that it held me in its grip." - Rabindranath Tagore
Ive taken off grit before since my healer was constantly letting me and the deeps die cause they want to aoe.
Shiva normal, aimed cleave at party.
