Don't use it much, but for those that proactively use it to take screenshots, I think it'd be lovely for them to expand on Explorer mode to encompass raids and trials..

Ya know, it'd be a good tool for practicing raiding too. Could visit the actual arena on question and pantomime mechanic orders, though t4 works well enough as a practice arena at the moment.
I want explorer mode for the PVP arenas. The raid and trial arenas can at least be explored after the fight is over, but PVP is locked down as soon as the battle is over.
The one time I tried to explore during the fight, I was (justifiably) kicked from the party.
Couldn’t agree more with this post. They seem to be repeating 1.0’s mistake of focusing on all the wrong stuff and not giving attention to things that actually need attention.
I'd love this personally. I've wanted to take pictures in Seize for awhile now.
Alliance Raids, I can see that happening. Normal Raids from Coils and Alexander, yes as well... though possibly less urgently. Trials and later normal raids? Well, that's where it gets complicated with some of them having significant shifts in the background; there's also less to see in general, so I can see this being last for priority.
In any case, it will likely be a progressive implementation to include all the dungeons and some of the more "notable" instances (mostly Alliance Raids because they're essentially really big dungeons).
It's probably in the works, but something we'll have to wait patiently for them to implement retroactively into older content.
Oh man this would be so cool. Especially in the Shatter area, there's one area that was in 1.0 (Coerthas eastern lowlands) that was reallocated to PVP only and I'd love to explore that!
