Patch 5.5 Game Crashes upon entering the Firmament

After the 5.5 update anytime i try to enter the firmament I get two errors and the game crashes upon the firmament loading screen.

I am on Windows 10

After updating my graphics card and restarting my computer i am only getting one error instead of two when entering the firmament

Edit 3:
updated my OS and double checked my graphics card and everything is up to date. Still crashes in firmament.

Decided to turn off the new 4K UI introduced with 5.5 to see if it was causing the issue however game still crashes in the firmament.

Currently reinstalling the game. backed up my character config to the server and deleted all files in documents and in programs that were left over from uninstallation. hopefully this works because if not i'm out of ideas...
