    Best GM experience ever~! :)

    Had a more than pleasant conversation with this GM after an issue came up. Not only did they respond to my report INCREDIBLY fast, they were sympathetic, professional, friendly, and got straight to work in solving my issue~! One of the best GM experiences I've ever had the pleasure of encountering and I'm so glad that this person is on the team here, working hard to make us all happy!
