I dont really think they will be retrofitting the trust system into older dungeons for a long long while, it will probably be added years down the road like flying in ARR was. Liam and Ekidoh already made good points, but I understand the frustration with the queues when you just want to do something but it will always be a imperfect system in MMOs (at least no one has found the perfect answer for this problem).
