If there's 10 tanks 50 dps and no healers for a roulette and you and friend join the queue as dps. You will be numbers 51 and 52 in the queue. The only way you'd take priority is with a healer. As that is the role the duty finder needs to complete a group.
Right. It will fill the queue with whatever it needs whenever it needs it.
