Right. It will fill the queue with whatever it needs whenever it needs it.No they don't. Groups don't get priority. The duty finders priority is making full groups. If it can do so it will pull from the front of the queue.
So in the case if your example. 2 dps queueing together will not immediately jump to the front of the queue just because they're a party.
If there's 10 tanks 50 dps and no healers for a roulette and you and friend join the queue as dps. You will be numbers 51 and 52 in the queue. The only way you'd take priority is with a healer. As that is the role the duty finder needs to complete a group.
