The silhouette of the head and hair screams Ysayle to me, but no way to say for sure. Just as likely the ghost of Venat or something.

Fordola roughing up Alphinaud. Arenvald nowhere in sight. I wonder... is she upset, maybe Arenvald is lost to us? T_T
Several Lunar Primals all in succession... instanced battles post Pagl'than?
Diamond Weapon lookin' like a snack, kicking that missile out of the air.
Bozja by another name is looking interesting fight wise.
Nier, uhm, Ques que c'est the duck?

Alisae's underage, so that's a pretty unsettling and highly inappropriate comment!
god i hope not that’d be so predictable lol
I like the arrangement (w/e you call it) of the Lochs theme; it's the only Ala Mhigan one I like besides the Garlean regional anthem. I presume Arenvald will feature besides Fordola. Wonder if she'll be performing some "redemptive" type of sacrifice. Beyond that, the robed light figure appearing before the derpander must be the mystery character they alluded to, though I imagine part 2 will deal with that bit more. Venat possibly? She is overdue an appearance and would be the one figure that would make sense in the H/Z arc. As for Zenos, all proceeding as expected for now, so I still wonder if we'll see some subversion of expectations in 6.0.
At least, with the Lunar Primals, there's a bit more variety than the usual ARR crew. The Lunar Bahamut's shell-styled attack patterns are cool. Looks like Tiamat will be coming out of captivity, too. I fully expect a twirling around each other in the sky dragon death chase, now.

When the game's story becomes self-aware:
clap clap. Just saw the trailer. First patch of 5.X that I'm hyped for. Looks like they're remembering to tidy up some big loose ends as the story reaches its finale. Nice to see certain characters get a spotlight again. Some nice game/UI changes too. Happy to support S-E when they're on form like this.
So all those Lunar Primals are all in one place and off we go to kill them in a 4 man dungeon? I've said in the past that these things are a means to an end and now I'm sure of it. These primals born from the towers are just batteries to be killed by us to release entire regions worth of aether in one location. They are important only in that they need to die in one place so Fandaniel can have all that power to enact his real plan. 6.0 trailer has Garlemald in ruins with towers seemingly made from charnel and this 5.5 trailer has Garlean soldiers acting like zombies. He is draining as much life as possible, that's his scheme.
Acting a lot like his mirror Hashmal did in FF Tactics. Plunge a realm into war and use the death and destruction to summon an ancient being of chaos to bring about the end of the world? Sounds familiar. He even said as much earlier on the the story. Just wait until he kills himself at or near the end of 6.0 to complete the ritual.

Just my opinion. Won't lose sleep if you don't like it.
Or he'll make us kill him just for the greatest, "How does it feel to know you've doomed the world now?" comment with that damned smug grin on his face.So all those Lunar Primals are all in one place and off we go to kill them in a 4 man dungeon?
