Custom Deliveries
House Durendaire is considered the foremost of the noble houses of Ishgard, and Count Charlemend stands at its head. Thus, when such a dignitary is seen skulking about the Firmament, it could scarcely go unnoticed. What manner of surreptitious business could have brought the man to the newly rebuilt district? All will be revealed in a tale of unlikely friendship set amidst an era of change.

I was convinced that we'd not get 3 custom deliveries in a single expansion. I am prepared to grind one more time.




Other then this small shock, it's mounts and familiars from the live letter and expansion of explorer mode. Long live the gposers!




Another Update comes:

The Tower at Paradigm's Breach.

The white-garbed 2P's discovery was the first domino to fall in a series of conflicts that have only escalated since the arrival of the black-shrouded 2B, the pattern they form growing ever more complex. The time of revelation may be at hand, but is this tale one of hope...or despair?

Even the NAME tells a story for those who did Nier to the brutal ending of endings. This has it's own special site off the special site. Lets concentrate here.

That first picture is right out of nier. Second picture has the weapons I wish we were getting. Third is a very very sad corpse. Guess he didn't talk it into making him another sister. Four. Named for a suit of cards. So there's going to be four of these. Odds are the final is going to be a the two red queens. So we can assume the other boss is going to be the other suit. Club and spade on the way up, and two red queens at the top.

(I'd still love some hidden way to fight Enoe for a special weapon)


Zadnor

New Save the Queen Battlefield

The IVth Legion has been forced to retreat north to the barren plateaus of Zadnor, but the arrival of their imposing flagship gives the Resistance pause. Clearly a sign of desperation─or so one would hope. Both sides have been pushed to their limit, but who will emerge the victor as the battle for Bozja reaches its bloody climax?

Climax. So two zones, three major dungeons. Less content compared to Eurika. On the other hand with the cap of 25 given a prestige system that lets us push past the limits, I'm looking forward to capping, and then over capping, and seeing what I can solo. Or a group of other folks similarly obsessed and over powered trying to clear savage.

Whelp, I was wrong. I was SO SURE it was going to be another Ifrit. I'm not sure if I want the music to be different, or just MORE hardcore "Levithun levithun" then it was before.

Given that they had to nerf it a little because it was even more insanely hard then ever before, I still somehow feel like this is the one that I could actually do well at.

I'd completely forgotten that this is just part 1 of 5.5 and the other part is pushed back. So yes, we won't be dealing with the Lunar threats completely yet. This isn't the end, this is nearly the setup to bring us towards it. So of course cloud deck is Werlyt. And I'm looking forward to every minute of it. Thank you all.

Main Scenario Quests

Death Unto Dawn - Part 1
The Scions have finally succeeded in discovering a cure for tempering, which should prove instrumental in allowing the Eorzean Alliance and the land's beast tribes to settle their differences. Prospects of peace may soon fall to ruin, however, as Fandaniel and the Telophoroi scheme to recreate the Final Days, and ominous towers rise in all corners of the realm. With the servants of chaos amassing at every turn, will the Scions uncover their plot before it is too late?

Two pictures with this one. While I don't notice anything too obvious in either of them, the references to peace with the beast tribes furthers the theory about where the patch will take place.

I do want to ask, have we seen the gryphon rampant as a political icon before? Can we get a theory about where this meeting is happening?

New Dungeon

Paglth'an
Though the herding of livestock keeps the nomadic Amalj'aa constantly on the move across the sweeping plains of Paglth'an, the permanent settlement of Zolm'ak offers respite for the weary and a venue for gatherings both political and social. Yet without intervention, it may not long be so...

Confirmation of the info from 1.0. Looks like it wasn't completely ruined by the fall and the primal summoning of the past. Three pictures. One looks like an overworld shot, tower is VERY close, very probably the implied danger. One likely a fight inside the dungeon. Third looks like a trust style shot... but looking behind them, is that the FIRST ifrit altar?

Chronicles of a New Era

The Sorrow of Werlyt
With adamantine armor and a beating, blood red core, the Diamond Weapon is the culmination of countless sacrifices and untold suffering. When the ultimate triumph of the VIIth Legion's monstrous Weapon project descends upon Werlyt, who will be saved, and who shall fall?

I'm feeling that the cloud location is indeed going to be this fight. It also confirms there will be loss. We can't save everybody this time. This entire plotline has been about not saving everybody though. Sure, we can't always see every side of the fight and feel the losses, but this time...

Two pictures. Diamond weapon looks even more badass then I'd imagined it looking. That is all.

Of note, no confirmation that THIS will be cloud deck. We are though used to the idea of a trial to finish a plotline, and is this epic enough of a fight to finish the plot, or is cloud deck for something, and somebody else?
