I feel ya on the wrist issues - I had surgery but it still definitely gets too painful for me to use a mouse after a while. Even I never attempted all the sightseeing logs, so the fact that you have all but two is very impressive! Great job on that!

One really nice thing is that the game is actually pretty customizable and has a few things that can help with various disabilities, even if it's not perfect. Lots of people disabled battle animations to cut down on the distracting glitter and allow them to see mechanics better. You can turn on the "mouse echo" to find it when it's lost. You can rearrange the HUD in any way you want for better visibility, and you can also macro the crap out of crafting, which I seriously appreciate.

Since for me it is the mouse and controller that is too painful to use for very long, but I can handle the keyboard without any issues, I changed my keybinds to use the old FFXI layout. Left hand controls macros and custom keybinds, right hand controls directions and right thumb simultaneously controls the camera. This allows me to not have to touch the mouse at all in combat, and just move and type exclusively on the keyboard. This has resulted in some annoying limitations once in a while (it took me quite a few tries to figure out the stupid teleports in E7S for example) but I'm able to clear savage content and pretty much all the other raids without any problems.
