OP there are plenty of able bodied people who have loads of problems with the sight seeing log. Some of the locations you have to get to are just ridiculous. The precision needed for some of these jumps is obviously designed to make players be highly likely to fail, which means many repeated attempts. So don't feel too bad over being unable to do it given that many others also can't and they don't have a disability essentially debuffing them. What many do is play as a blue mage to kill themselves with an ability, and get another player who reached the spot to res them. When you get ressed you end up in the location of the person who ressed you, thus eliminating the obstacles to get to the location. This is actually a very common tactic to complete the sight seeing logs. So if you get help, don't feel any shame over it.
I'm also disabled and also experience chronic pain which affects the use of my hands, so I understand your frustration. I also understand why you would want to use a macro to communicate to minimise the amount of work your hands have to do. Don't listen to players who say using macros is inauthentic. It's not inauthentic because you want to say what the macro says, and the message isn't automated by software. You are the one deciding to display that message, so it is still you talking. Anyone who has a problem with it is frankly too dim to understand how fortunate they are that they can do simple tasks without worrying about their physical condition, and honestly people like this aren't worth your time.
I will say though to be careful with who you are open to about your disability. There are some meanspirited people out there who assume that claims of disability are just lame excuses for not playing up to a certain standard, or would use it as an opportunity to make fun of you. And some people don't understand that disability can wildly vary in how it affects someone and how severely, so you may be met with comments like "well my disabled friend can do this, why can't you?". I'm not saying keep it a secret, just perhaps only reveal it when it is necessary and ideally to players who you know are good people who wouldn't use it against you.
