Random, very inconsistent DX11 Error

Since 5.5, a new DX11 crash has been spotted. This happened after the game was reinstalled to the C drive to be on the same drive as Windows.
The crash happened upon opening the Trusts window, however I have not done enough to testing to see if this is a replicatable trigger for the crash.

Edit as of a few hours since this post: I have re-opened the trust window several times without crashing afterwards, it does not appear to be replicatible by doing this in Ul'dah's Airship Landing or Limsa Lominsa. Thus I have yet to re-figure out the conditions that caused the error.
