From what I've seen it's less about 'being able to figure it out' and far more about 'SE chooses not to cater in that direction because they have no desire to'.

magic DPS NO CLUE I HATE MAGIC DPS THEY CAN ALL JUST DO THERE OWN THING... I've Tried to level BLM and RDM and they both suck.. But that just me and how I play. I know some great BLM DPS I Just don't like them... someone that plays them can come up with ideas.

It would give people an idea of direct feedback as to what they are doing wrong vs the community calling them out or using 3rd party tools.
Turn on or off feedback.
I'd find all of this good and informative even outside of endgame content.. under the express condition that only you can see all this for yourself and others cannot ask/demand that you show it to them.. so pretty much similar to the 'others can't harass/bother you with their parser readouts'. I legit would have found it helpful in all my roles if the game had consistently kept track of how I've been doing throughout my journey from ARR to ShB with statistics such as what you show above.
