So many of these options are wanted by players. hood up and visor down on select pieces of gear with those features would be fantastic.

Since Yoshi says we control what the dev/art team focuses on why don't we ask them for an option on some armor with moving parts like helms with visors and hoods on cloaks to have an option to toggle them on and off

We already have multiple times. We can't expect little goodies like this until 2.0 because of the current server structure.

The dev team already said that in 2.0 they're thinking of having the war visor and whm hood to go up and down. They just can't implement it in the current game.

No you would not, it's an option for the piece of gear, we wont be changing the gear to act like other lesser pieces.
