Levelling Guide post-50?

So I just hit 50 on my BLU...and now I cannot for the life of me figure out what I should be using rotation-wise to level. The old Sticky Tongue/1000-Needles doesn't really work so well anymore, and I'm doing this solo. All of the information I've found says to grab a friend, and essentially "exploit" XP gains that way.

But I don't want to do it that way...so I'm looking for rotation help on what I should be doing post level 50 to level up.

At 50, you should be able to start picking up primal skills, which are oGCD and fairly strong. If you haven't yet, at level 50, it'd be super easy to solo normal mode Ifrit for Eruption for starters.

Song of Torment is a great damage-over-time from Pharos.

Ram's/Dragon's Voice can be a nice combo, but probably not really worth the trouble of alternating the two by yourself. But, Ram's Voice makes a nice point-blank aoe with good crowd control, and Dragon's is sorta ok for hitting from range. Might not recommend it for open world, tho, might pick up a bit too much in the area..

Missile is probably the one you'll want most, tho. As long as enemies aren't immune to Death/fractional damage, Missile will do a lot of the heavy lifting.

For general purpose, I liked Plaincracker for point-blank aoe that I don't need to worry about targeting, and something like Glower for single target-ish with range.

You might be able to track down Devour, would make another decent oGCD skill.

Overall, once mobs have significantly more than a few thousand health that 1000 Needles clears easy, you're back to the typical spamming whatever your strongest spell is until things die like every other job. With BLU, there's often not a great deal of "rotation" especially solo. Pick whatever you have with the highest potency that you can spam, weave in some oGCD. Missile/Doom/Tail Screw can do a bit of cheesing, but they're not as 100% reliable.

As for leveling in general, I believe BLU still gets big EXP from open world kills. Summon your chocobo to help fight, and you're 50 now, start rolling the HW zones. Eat some food and grab whatever EXP boosts you can. You've also got the HW beast tribe daily quests that can be a small help, but I seem to recall feeling like the gains were just a bit underwhelming.
