    Sky/Clouds not rotating properly

After 1.22 was implemented, I'm occasionally running into this bug where the clouds in the sky are rotating alongside my characters field of vision. This produces a very weird effect.

To demonstrate, I managed to capture a video clip of the bug (sorry about the instant messaging beeps): http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_gBId3BA80Y

What you were doing when the issue occurred.
I've been leveling Fisher and Alchemist via leve quests. My daily routine consists of two things:
    (1) Pick up crafting leves and performing synthesis, followed by turning in the leves at horizon/bluefog/broken water.
    (2) Fishing leves which I pick up in Uldah and ride to Halitali where I do those leves and return to Uldah to pick up more leves.
