As many said, just simply shout for a group vaguely and you'll get an invite. Theres a few things people do in there but they're all more or less the same... farming fates.

Castrum will be a problem if you try and find a group in the zone. Create or Join one on your server's Party finder. Typically people will have an alliance fill and then join instances until they find an active or soon to be Castrum to join. I know you're new and probably don't get this yet, but you don't want to join a Castrum under 40 people. It's a waste of time and difficult enough if it's full and most people are new to it.

You see all those people in chat also shouting "lfg"? That means they, too, are looking for a group. And you are entirely free to invite them to your own party and start your own group. Take some initiative, eh? Hells, if you really want to be bold (or irritating), just scan through the list of players in the instance and invite anyone that's not already in a party. Additionally, pretty sure anyone you see around with the yellow triangle-in-square icon next to their name is someone running solo, and you're free to try inviting them as well.

Cool thanks for the info. Yeah most people I tried to invite would've been already snatched up when I tried to get them. Was starting to feel like I didn't belong. I got the occasional CE group, but they always promptly disbanded once it was over.

I'm gonna chalk it up to being so early and not many people in the instance. I have to try again once I get off of work. It's only the third time I've ever been in there. But it just seemed like I needed to get the lingo down.

Make sure to use the correct chat.
If you are in a CE, use the say or yell so that people know you are in the CE and participate.
If I want to do something in Bozja I simply shout for what kind of group I want. If no one invites me I leave and try to get into one of the other 2-3 open instances.
If I don't get a group in any of them I start my own group.

People are often just to lazy to lead a own group.

You’re too low of a level to do a lot of the content in there. Level up and unlock everything and you may start having some more luck. As others have said, you don’t need to be in a group for skirmishes; for critical engagements, just make sure you get in with some time to spare so that people will be able to invite you (as opposed to trying to do so while fighting the boss). You don’t need to queue up for CLL in a group; just ask for an invite once you get in.

Generally people use /shout to look for a group / additional party members for cluster / fragment farming, /say to ask for a group in critical engagements, and /yell to communicate within CLL.
