    no sound!!! since last year



    the volume mixer shows my game playing sound to my audio device but the game is completely mute.

    i can only get sounds to play if i install VoiceMeeter and use a virtual output.

    why wont ffxiv play sounds to my headphones?? already posted technical reports for the past year and didnt help anyone.

    is there a way to force the game to play sound?

    edit: FYI i can hear everything else and i only have one audio device set up etc etc etc i have literally played with the hardware/software for a year
