I don't know if anyone's ever suggested this, but I'm frequently having a problem with my ingame friends list where people undergo character name changes and (I know it makes me sound like kind of a bad friend) I cannot remember what their previous name was.

My suggestion is simply a feature on the Friends List, like an 'alias' tag that you can edit, or something that tells you what the player's character name was when you added them.
