Again not solid because Available could either me "available to use" as well as "Available to obtain".

The search system is making it very hard to track down dev posts.
Mount Available only for a limited time, is just referring too.. Once 1.0 is up, if you don;t have it.. that's tough luck.. It will be there come 2.0.
