So... FCs with 5 or 4 players are SOL? FCs that are small friend groups exist, dude.Require 6 players from 6 different accounts for house to stay active and it will go into demolition mode... or put on tax on FC houses like 2millions per month, which means more people would eb better in one, and with that involve a player tax of coin drops like 5% or something that will stack up, untill fulfilling the requirements, also would promote more active FCs.

Easiest way to solve this is to require that FCs cannot keep housing unless they have at least four active subscriptions associated with the FC. Either way, people are still going to find loopholes in whatever gets implemented and continue to exploit that...
That said, I'm still in favor of adding additional requirements that are generally invisible to an active FC because the entire thing with shell FCs needs to go away.
1 person/account, entitled to 1 FC, 1 house, 1 apt, alts can share your house/FC ez-peezy.

"Fanboy is gaming jargon used to describe an individual that has gone beyond the point of being a PC or console game fan and, during online chats or discussions, shifts to defend the program at all costs, unable to take any criticism or acknowledge any shortcomings of the game or gaming console."
Y'know, I kind of like that, just limit your account to 1 FC per server. Simple, elegant, easy to implement and hard to work around without signing an entirely different account (With expansions if you want to mess with Kugane.)
BUT, and this is very important to note, I'm the kind of person that doesn't even understand why people would need an actual legitimate Alt-Character for a game like this where you can do everything on a single character. I really wouldn't be able to personally understand why people would need to also be signed to multiple FCs. And that's more on me than it not actually making sense.
Which means it's up to somebody else to point out if having your account locked to a single FC per server is a bad idea.
Note: Taking advice from a players alt, is like taking advice from a voice in a dark room. Criticism is a two way street remember that!!

I assume SE would put in a mechanic that prevents someone who is already fc leader of a fc with a house to become the fc leader of a second fc with a house. Like...that's the only way it would work. SE would have to change something.
But that person's idea isn't mine so I don't know how they would answer you. Anyway I think their suggestion is excessive. Limiting house ownership to be per server would be enough, and there is no reason to limit apartment ownership at all. I do agree that all alts should have access to the same private home...but I think almost everyone agrees with this given how convenient it would be for everyone. Even SE agreed this would be a good thing.
