Seemingly nobody has anything to say about the towers in general as far as I've noticed.

It's kind of rare for less important NPCs to get dialogue updates if they aren't directly involved in or at least mentioned in the MSQ, so things like Cirina and Temujin having updated dialogue after the ShB 5.0 MSQ are a pleasant surprise.
