    Tired of reading the same **** about Japanese players being so morally superior when it comes to housing? Solo FC housing being an NA problem or how it's the reason why your pet lalafell can't get a house?

    The last report on Foundation dates could be more informative if supplemented by a list of event dates that can trigger creation of FCs for whatever purposes (expansion launches drawing in new players, new worlds being added, data center reorganization, announcement of new housing district/wards, actual addition of the district/wards).

    As an example the surge from March to August 2019 would cover the EU and NA data center reorganizations, addition of Spriggan and Twintania and launch of Shadowbringers drawing in many new players.

    There was a surge in FC creation from March to June 2020 that I couldn't figure out until I realized that was the height of COVID lockdown, when there were likely many more people playing with COVID restrictions leaving them at home. Your figures also show a smaller percentage of those FCs ultimately obtaining houses compared to the other surges in FC creation since 2017. Part of that would likely be due to auto-demolition also being suspended during that time though I wonder how many of those FCs eventually became inactive either due to people returning to work or having to drop the game subscription from their budget for financial reasons. As you noted, the Lodestone isn't necessarily accurate when it comes to FC status.
