Are you absolutely sure you didn't already complete the quest, or drop it somewhere? You can check that in the 'Side Quest' menu for completed quests under 'The Forbidden Land, Eureka'. It was a pretty short quest that gave you access to Eureka, with no further quests to complete.

I assume you've already completed the quest "A Striking Opportunity", which is a prerequisite for the Stormbringers quest, although your post didn't say that.

Also, a hint. "Thanks for the INVALID answer" is not a good way to answer someone who, with as little knowledge as you provided, attempted to help. "Thanks, but that wasn't it because ..." is a better answer, and encourages others to want to provide other answers. I almost didn't want to provide further information because your answer came off as snide.
