Possible missing word?

I know a lot of times we get some people reporting localization errors that are either valid in an archaic or other dialect, but this one I wasn't sure about. I usually know when it's valid or not, but this one threw me off.

The NPCs in each city's Battlecraft Ward say this when you speak with them. They all say the same thing.



Should it say "... the weapon that makes the man." or is its current form valid?
