    A Mizzenmas Repast Quest - I discarded the shoes

    Well, here we go again......

    I received the quest, received the shoes, and promptly, since they were a lower level then the ones I was wearing, discarded them before thoroughly reading the quest.

    Surely this isn't game over. The quest is an MSQ.

    I tried googling it, but could find nothing about how to get more shoes. This is likely because out of the millions of people that play this game, I am the first idiot stupid enough to throw them away.

    But, before cashing in and starting all over again I thought I would ask here in hopes that maybe one other person was stupid enough to discard them also and was able to figure out how to get another pair.

    And yes, I tried to abandon the quest but was unable to.

    Maybe if I move out of the area, or wait a while I will be able to abandon it and restart it. That is the only possible solution I can think of.

    There is an NPC that lets you re-acquire MSQ glamour drops who I believe is north of the Aftcastle aetheryte Shard. I'd have to check to know which one.

    So let's pretend my sense of direction isn't terrible, first...

    Go SOUTH from the Aftcastle Aetheryte to the Calamity Salvager. Purchase Quest Rewards should be the option. He's at roughly 11.4, 14.2 (X, Y) near the exit to Lower LaNoscea.

    According to garlandtools you should be able to buy them from the Calamity Salvager, under Quest Rewards, who is just South of the Aftecastle Aetherite in Limsa. Not sure why(probably because I started in Gridania?) but I don't see them there for myself.

    You may also be able to talk to the quest giver to receive a new pair.
