    Unable to complete a world transfer

    I'm unable to complete a full world transfer. I have all adblocks turned off I even have norton antivirus shut off. I have no idea what to do from this point. I'm using pc when I attempt to make these transfers. I even cleared the cookies and refreshed and then try to attempt the transfer. Nothing seems to work and goes back to the mogstation account management page. I'm using Microsoft edge as the browser. I would repeat the process 5 times to see if I get further per session and no it just goes back to mogstation account management page. I have submitted a ticket and that isn't solving anything but the same process over and over. I log into mogstation> accept the terms of the world transfer> Step 1: Destination Home World Selection
    Lamia
    Step 2: Home World and Character Selection
    Ultros
    After step 2 it goes right back to the mogstation account management page.

    1. 90 days must pass after creating your character before you can transfer
    2. 3 days must pass since your last transfer
    3. destination server can't be full / locked
    4. you cannot be logged in during transfer request

    off-topic note: norton antivirus is really bad for your pc and even if you remove it, it will be hard rooted into your system via backdoors.
