    Ifrit linkshells

    How many linkshells are even doing Ifrit any more? It would be nice to have some options overall, when it's generally only 8 people, but pick me up groups on this server don't seem to do too well.

    Just start a pick up with you being a leader that way you have control of what class/jobs you want.
    Get WAR (tank) 5x THM (not BLM) 2x WHM setup and you should be able to get setup to win Ifrit, from there it's player skills... hopefully you get those who actually know what they are doing. Good Luck
