Yep. Increasing requirements would only make the problem worse. The correct way to address it is to remove all the incentives: No mount, no titles, no costumes. Only display the icon in NN or when queued via mentor roulette.

Once those are in place then the requirements can be reviewed for reduction.

I don't think incentivizing mentor roulettes through the use of giving mount and title rewards is such a bad idea, because it has very little reflection on the mentor system itself if they were to just outright remove the crown (since they'd be like any other player in the instance, barring the supposed 'experience'), retain the roulette and allow people to queue in a massive pool of duties, not to mention this aspect does have benefits for sprouts, given some of the things these people do queue for.

Besides, the issue is almost entirely with the crown itself; it's nothing but a disgusting glorified icon to make players feel special/unique. rather than the mount/title which I strongly feel the people actively going for these are almost doing more good than harm.
