[Suggestion] Estate teleportation for tenants

Title is self explanatory. I understand it could create a problem with some people having multiple private estates to teleport to, but I believe being able to estate teleport to someone's house (in which he isn't the one who bought it/the owner) would work if it had a different text/information, like it differentiate private, apt, free company

Also for it to work better, could be something that the owner can include when sharing it with someone, letting the owner decide if one of their tenants can have the estate teleportation option when someone tries to use it on them

Perhaps I’m misunderstanding what you’re asking for, but estate teleportation already exists—albeit with some limitations. Tenants of personal houses that have a mini aetheryte within the estate yard can teleport for a small fee to up to two houses (i.e., you can only have two tenant teleports since you can only be a tenant of up to two different personal estates). People on your friends list can also teleport to your private estate if you have enabled the option for them to. This only works for personal houses and not for Free Company estates.

The same character cannot own more than one house, so the “multiple private estates” would only really apply to an account’s alt characters. But, if they have estate teleportation enabled and you’re on the alt’s friend list, then you will be able to teleport to their house.
