Change how <100% drop rate items are given while in a party

Let's just boil this down to what it really is. Sour grapes for you not getting as much as quickly. As with a lot of things in this game as in life, not everything is fair and just best to suck it up and move on, lest you become bitter about the whole thing and quit altogether. Once you get over yourself, then you'll find things become a lot easier to handle. So what if you didn't get as much as your friend even though you were in the same party? There will come a point when the situation is reversed.
