1. Use Sacred Soil, which has a potency of 100. The regen ticks for around 5500-5300
2. Switch to WHM and use Medica II, which has a regen with a potency of 100. The regen ticks around 5300-5000 (my WHM is ilvl 516)
3. Switch to AST and use Aspected Helios with Diurnal Sect. The regen ticks for 5300-5050. (AST has ilvl 518)
4. Switch to SCH (ilvl 521) and use Whispering Dawn, the regen has a potency of 120 but ticks for only 4600-4300.

If the potency listed in the tooltip is correct the ticks should heal for more than the others because it has a higher potency, but somehow it only heals for 90% of a 100 potency.

Summoning Seraph and using Whispering Dawn has the same result: Angel's Whisper heals for only 4600-4300 per tick. Lower than a potency 100 regen.

Pet always had lower potencies than scholar. Around 70-80%.
