Hi there, I m looking for some details.

1. I started with a basic class at level 1. I reached level 60 in the palace. If I complete the job quest outside of the palace, is there an update of my class inside the palace or I must restart with the new job?

2. If I finish 50 first stages I saw it s possible to save a'd restart with anyone at this stage. Do I lose my magic stuff from the POTD if I change class?

If by "update" you mean you got your job stone, then yes. You will need to restart.

2. If I finish 50 first stages I saw it s possible to save a'd restart with anyone at this stage. Do I lose my magic stuff from the POTD if I change class?

No. Your aetherpool arms and armor are not tied to your class. When you change your class their stats will remain the same.
