Also if you just want the glow we've had shiny tools since patch 3.5, from 4 years ago. They're under the respective craft/gather achievement list

They're great and all, but those tools are just different, it's really cool that SE gave us the choice of which glowing tools we wanted to get, I personally am not a fan of the models they chose for the Aesthete (and by extension the achievement) tools, so I value the skybuilders' tools quite highly.
