okay im really confused how you get extreme trials (high-end trials)

So, the only ones I have are from ARR.

Thornmarch extreme
whorleater extreme
strking tree extreme
akh afah ampitheatre extreme

I thought you then Have to beat the hard modes to unlock extremes?
So I just did Limitless Blue Hard and didnt unlock any extreme mode.

How do I get other ones?
I have DLCs all the way to stormblood but currently just on 3.3 after beating heavensward

I did the "Primal awakening" quest and unlocked raids?
The binding coil of Bahamut turn 1-5

I thought I was unlocking the extreme trials. I am very confused please help

You have to do separate quests to unlock them.
They don't unlock by beating the Hard raids.


After doing the quest Gods of Eld you should unlock quests to do the EX raids.
Gods of Eld found here: Fortemps Manor (x:11.8, y:11.6)

Bismark EX, for example, can afterwards be started here:
Mor Dhona - The Rising Stones - The Solar (The Rising Stones) (x:6.1, y:5.3)

If your also still missing garuda Titan an ifrit ex I believe they start in the waking sands with Urianger(spelling? Lol)

Also, the extreme trials are all cap level content. Even if the story version of the trial is at some intermediate level, you won't be able to do the extreme version until you reach that expansion's cap level and finish the X.0 story. In other words, the Ravana and Bismarck extreme fights aren't available until you finish 3.0.
